Whilst the results of hypnotized sessions are permitted in some courts by way of introduction, its use as a form of evidence is mostly not allowed. The stated ability of a patient who has been hypnotized to inaccurately merge actual recounts with generated images fueled by his fantasies is one of the reasons .
